FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Below are common questions about how our Singapore clinic works, what to expect, and how to prepare an enquiry. Every enquiry is reviewed manually by the clinic team; submitting a form does not confirm an appointment.
Common questions
- How do I request an appointment?
- Send an enquiry with a short description of your concern. The clinic team reviews every enquiry and arranges appointments manually. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment.
- How soon will I hear back?
- Response times depend on clinic capacity. Urgent medical or safety needs must be addressed by appropriate emergency services.
- Do you diagnose autism or ADHD?
- Where a diagnostic view is appropriate, yes — but our first priority is always understanding your child in context.
- Do you prescribe medication for ADHD?
- Medication is one option discussed carefully when appropriate. Support is always individualised.
- Do you coordinate with schools?
- Where useful and with parents' consent, yes.
- Do you see teenagers?
- Yes. We see children and teenagers.
- Where is the clinic?
- 10 Sinaran Drive, #10-12, Novena Medical Center, Singapore 307506, near Novena MRT.
- Do you accept international families?

- Is the educational assistant on the site giving medical advice?
- No. The assistant is educational, non-diagnostic and refers to the clinic when appropriate.
- Do you store my messages with the assistant?
- No. Raw conversations and pasted reports are not stored.
