For Schools & Professionals
Referring and Coordinating
How our clinic works alongside schools, counsellors, speech and occupational therapists, and other allied professionals.
Schools, counsellors and allied professionals regularly refer children and teens to our Singapore clinic for developmental and behavioural paediatric input. We work with parental consent, provide clear written documentation, and coordinate care as part of a wider team around the child.
Clear documentation
Written summaries that help school teams support children in the classroom.
Considered coordination
Working with speech, OT, psychology and pastoral colleagues where useful.
Common questions
- Do you accept referrals from schools?
- Yes — with parental consent. Referrals from school counsellors, learning-support teams and allied professionals are welcome.
- Do you visit schools?
- This is arranged case by case and is not always necessary. School liaison meetings, virtual or in person, are often what schools find most useful.
- Can you attend a school meeting?
- In some situations, yes — with parental consent and where clinically appropriate.
